HVS Animator for Windows Readme.txt Version : 1.02 General Release Date: 03/13/98 ========================== Installation ------------ You can unzip the archive to any folder on your hard disk. The latest version of MSVM 2.0 must be installed before you attempt to run HVS Animator (see below). HVS ColorGIF 2.0 users will find detailed instructions on using Animator with ColorGIF in the HVS Animator manual, included in HTML format. For your convenience, a copy of the HVS ColorGIF manual is included and linked from the Animator manual. About Java ---------- HVS Animator is written in 100% Java. Java requires a shareable runtime library to be able to run applications on a given computer. HVS Animator/Win was built with Microsoft's Java runtime, Microsoft Virtual Machine for Java (MSVM). If you don't have MSVM on your system you MUST install it for HVS Animator to work. You can download MRJ from the following URL: http://www.digfrontiers.com/Msjavx86.exe HVS Animator Pro ---------------- Included in this package is demo that will allow you to try all the features of HVS Animator Pro for 15 days. After the trial period you can re-enable the advanced optimization features in HVS Animator by purchasing HVS Animator Pro. Click on the Register button, and a dialog box will come up with your serial number. You must pay your $79 registration fee ($49 for registered HVS ColorGIF users) and receive an unlocking key -- after entering the key, the additional features will be enabled.
